SE Electronics IRF Mk2 With an Instrument Reflexion Filter®, you can get acoustic treatment into the smallest of spaces that a normal filter dare not go. With the same patented technologies as its larger siblings, the IRF2 was designed for drums, guitar cabinets, pianos, and confined spaces in general. The IRF2 uses a small curved wall of punched aluminum with 3 layers of polyester fiberboard separated with air gaps. These layers combine to help reduce room or stage ambience and isolate the mic from unwanted external noise.
