It is particularly useful in speeding up the washing of fiber based papers. It can also be used to aid the rapid washing of all black & white films and fiber papers saving both time and water. It is particularly useful if a hardening fixer has been used. Ilford Washaid is a liquid concentrate mixed 1 4 with water for use with either film or paper.
