You can choose to have her initial hand stamped onto a disc, heart, star or tag charm, in sterling silver, rose gold or gold vermeil.The letter charm is complemented by a cluster of a genuine gemstone, representing the month of their birth, and a black or white freshwater pearl. They are genuine gemstones and so the more expensive ones are smaller than the others. We give the size of the birthstone in the drop down box for the birth gemstones options. Given they are natural they may vary slightly from the images shown.You can remove both the cluster and the initial charm from the chain, you can wear just the letter charm or both cluster and charm together.We hand stamp the initial onto the charm. It can be patinised (darkened) so it stands out, or we can leave it silver or gold (clean finish) for a more subtle look.
