I have been wanting one of these for a while now and finally decided to get one. I found that this tool made it so much easier than my usual way of cutting in butter with knives. I have small hands so the grip was perfect for my hand however if you have large hands it may not be as comfortable. It is well made and not flimsy so should last a long time. I am looking forward to making egg salad with this as well. Another plus for me is that it has a lifetime warranty, I really like when products are backed with warranties. Excellent buy for me.
